Semi-private shared fitness goals to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Learn basic anatomy, breathwork, rhythmic coordination, alignment assessment and mindful awareness training.

Group Classes

Balance:

An intermediate to advanced class to further excel mind and body skillsets when performing balance exercises while standing, rotating, planking, and/or inverting on the reformers. Balance class exercises are more complex and challenging than beginner exercises. They require greater coordination, concentration, balance, and precision. They also demand more core engagement and require you to maintain perfect form to avoid injury.


Cadillac/Tower:

Unlike the Reformer, which moves back and forth on metal rails, the Cadillac and the Tower remain stationary. The Cadillac is ideal for recovering from injuries or those with balance challenges. It brings the mat to the student. Increased variability of movements and resistance allows the student to discover the benefits of combining the tower and mat work for spinal articulation, increased flexibility, and muscle strengthening.


Chair Pilates:

A full-body workout that integrates body, breath, and mind to improve stabilization, alignment, muscle movement, and body awareness. In addition to improving balance and posture, Chair Pilates can improve bone density. Chair Pilates tones the entire body from head to toe and improves balance by challenging the muscles with body weight, coordination, and spring resistance. The chair is an excellent piece of equipment for seated and standing work.


Equipment Class:

Our equipment class includes Reformer, Chair and Tower for a full body workout and an increased number of beneficial exercises for all body types and levels.


Jump Into Action:

A cardio jump-board class on the reformer that employs the principles of plyometrics to train coordination, strengthen muscles and burn calories.


Reformer:

Designed to provide a dynamic and invigorating workout, our freestyle class offers a unique blend of traditional and contemporary exercises that effectively target every body part.


Slow Burn:

To move methodically and meticulously while holding each move slightly longer than usual before transitioning on to the next motion. This reformer class challenges the mind to focus, hold still and to become one with one’s body in the present moment.


Stretch Into Alignment:

Unhealthy fascia can lead to tight muscles and stiffness, while limiting range of motion and causing pain. Deep stretch exercises assist in breaking down fascia to help ease tight muscles and re-adjust the body's alignment.

Meditation Sessions

Moving Meditation:

Rhythmic motion of body and breath for conscious control of all muscular movements while on the reformers.


Sound Bath Meditation:

Our bodies are made up of light & sound, so it’s natural to heal them with/ sound therapy. Being immersed in sound and vibrations that shower over your body and have the power to cleanse and heal. Crystal quartz bowls are used to emit different frequencies, which are the same as those aligned with a balanced mind, body, and spirit. A Sound Bath has many benefits, such as calming your nervous system, has been used to treat various health ailments, and is used to strengthen meditation. Our bodies are instruments that play a symphony of sounds. Fine-tune your instrument with a sound bath.
